*We typically
do not do monthly rentals during the Winter
season but they can be negotiated.
- Any two month rental is discounted 10% (no
discount for July & August combination)
- Any three month rental is discounted 15%
- Any four month rental is discounted 20%
**6.75% NC Sales Tax and 6% Beech Mountain
Occupancy Tax is added to any occupancy of
less than 90 days |

There is a 12.75% tax added to
the above amounts. There is a $250 security deposit for a
week stay or longer. This will be refunded 7-14 days after
your departure, if no damage to the unit is found. |
